By opting into the “Find an Agent” feature as part of your NABIP membership, you agree to the following Terms of Service. “Find an Agent” is a public directory service designed to help connect NABIP members with potential clients, partners, and other industry professionals.

1. Purpose of the Directory

The “Find an Agent” directory is intended to provide visibility for participating NABIP members, helping clients and other professionals easily connect with you for health insurance, employee benefits, and related services. NABIP is not responsible for any outcomes from connections made via this directory.

2. Information Displayed

By opting in, you consent to the display of the following information on the public-facing “Find an Agent” directory:
  • Name
  • Professional Title
  • Business Name
  • Office Address
  • Contact Information (phone, email, etc.)
  • Areas of Expertise
  • Any other information you choose to provide in your directory profile
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information you provide is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Data Privacy and Usage

NABIP values the privacy of our members. While this directory is publicly accessible, your data will only be used for the intended purpose of connecting you with interested parties. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties without your consent.
